Evaluation & Initial Treatment
Your first appointment, which will last 60-90 minutes, will cover your objectives for treatment, a review of your symptoms, your health history, and any additional health concerns. We will perform a thorough chiropractic physical examination, orthopedic testing, and PRE x-rays to calculate the exact dimensions of your spinal alignment.
Second and Ongoing Treatments
After your initial visit, we will go over your PRE x-rays so that you can see what exactly is happening in your spine. Using the measurements from your PRE x-rays you’ll receive your first adjustment, along with a specific plan of action to reach your health goals. After your first adjustment, we will take a set of POST x-rays to make sure that we corrected your misalignment. We like to compare PRE and POST x-rays to make sure we are truly making a difference in your spinal misalignment. Our goal is to make a lasting correction, not repetitive adjustments. We will closely monitor your body’s ability to maintain spinal alignment. You will only receive an adjustment if there’s a misalignment. As your body starts to heal, you can expect total body posture and balance improvement, greater stability to the spine and adjustments that hold longer with fewer visits.
